Rant on Teenage Love Essay Example

Tirade on Teenage Love Paper In today’s society, adolescent love is viewed as a subject for a wide range of suppositions. Most grown-ups expect that youngsters are juvenile to get love. As a young person, I accept that everybody in this world is proficient to adore regardless of how old they are. Love for loved ones are the same as the adoration we have towards another person. Anyway connections between two adolescents are regularly adversely decided by others. I emphatically concur that mankind was made to adore at no specific age. I dont perceive how age has anything to do with development either. Ive seen a lot of grown-ups who have no intelligence and commit more errors then the normal young person. Love is a human quality that every single individual need and is something we can't live without in this world. Grown-ups regularly remain against high school love since they no doubt have experienced passionate feelings for as young people and got their hearts broken. Presently as grown-ups, they wish that somebody had revealed to them the results that they are attempting to disclose to us now. It’s likely that most grown-ups have committed errors in adoration when they were adolescents that they can never return and fix and hence feel sympathy for youngsters. We will compose a custom article test on Rant on Teenage Love explicitly for you for just $16.38 $13.9/page Request now We will compose a custom paper test on Rant on Teenage Love explicitly for you FOR ONLY $16.38 $13.9/page Recruit Writer We will compose a custom paper test on Rant on Teenage Love explicitly for you FOR ONLY $16.38 $13.9/page Recruit Writer Grown-ups are frequently anticipating their own misfortunes and fears onto high school connections. Adolescents need encounters in adoration to assist them with seeing increasingly about what love really is. On the off chance that we experience ineffective connections, it will help fortify us genuinely, intellectually and inwardly. I likewise believe that connections will lead us to settle on better decisions later on. â€Å"The significant thing is this: to be capable, at any second, to forfeit what we are really going after we could turn into. † Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. This statement sets up that adoration is tied in with yielding and accepting information consequently. Most grown-ups who are against high school love are guardians who have young people. These guardians may not be set up for their youngster to be seeing someone they are over-defensive. There’s nothing amiss with securing your kid anyway when you are over-defensive, it might cause negative impacts. For example, a few guardians sabotage their children’s trust in their own capacities to deal with themselves and complete things. Too, grown-ups who are over-defensive are really promising their child’s dread of disappointment with the end goal that they are denied the opportunity to figure out how to endure. I dont imagine that being overprotective truly helps young people similarly as how we’ll make due in reality when we grow up and dont have their folks with every one of us the time. We should settle on choices for ourselves. At the end of the day, young people need these odds to encounter more in and around affection. Love is a delightful thing that everybody ought to be urged to understanding. Young people ought not be kept away from adoration in view of our age or others and their assessments.

Mission Review Essays - University And College Admissions

Strategic Hi Agent 42701, by its vibes, I see you have become very fatigued of your post. Not to stress, the office has new designs for you, a difference in pace. We have chosen in setting a matter of most extreme significance to national security your way. Your immaculate record, profoundly far reaching instructive foundation, and thorough preparing in secret activities settle on you the agencys just decision for this issue. It has gone to the consideration of the office that an underground organization, otherwise called Admissions, has programmed instructive experts in the province of Florida into permitting the cartel to enter Florida schools and colleges and accumulate exceptionally touchy information. Confirmations have set themselves in a place to deny secondary school seniors passage to their preferred doctoral level college. Affirmations is achieving this assignment through a ploy known as the Application Essay or AP. The organization is generally inspired by the data that Admissions has assembled through the FSU division. Your crucial, you decide to acknowledge it, is to invade Admissions and expect the personality of an analyst. While covert investigate all archives as some other Admissions commentator would. Your need is to assemble Intel on one specific understudy, for security reasons we will allude to this understudy as Mister Cheeks. Mr. Cheeks is accepted to be specifically compelling to Admissions because of his boss composing methods, tremendous knowledge, numerical dominance, and logical blessing. An Admissions colleagues referred to just to us as The Big Boss is holding the AP of Mr. Cheeks. Your assignment is to allure The Big Boss utilizing any methods you consider as important to pick up her trust, and the trust of Admissions, when access is gained to Mr. Cheeks AP produce a duplicate. Operator 42701, this is a high-hazard activity. A world class operator, Cherry Maraciano, was secured fourteen days back while invading Admissions. Cherry had the option to get to Mr. Cheeks composing portfolio and give us her survey of it before being caught, she couldn't make sure about a duplicate of Mr. Cheeks AP. This is the data Cherry had the option to hand-off before she was seized: Affirmations security is insignificant; here is the thing that I have educated of Mr. Cheeks. His control and participation records are comparable of those of any customary researcher completing secondary school. Dont be tricked he is no customary researcher, Mr. Cheeks has all the innovativeness and devotion of Leonardo Da Vinci yet all the numerical brightness of Albert Einstein with a bit of philosophical splendor that is any semblance of Ghandi. His knowledge to everything superb would be a feature and need to any school. His commitment and objectives appear to be extremely All American and would make even Uncle Sam pleased and would be a disgrace to preclude in light of the fact that from claiming absence of acknowledgment from a school or universityyyy......yyyyyyyy.....yyyyyyyyy........yyyyyyyyyy...y.. This is extremely touchy material. Because of Mr. Cheeks noble composing aptitudes, it is to our conviction that any commentator would recognize his AP as exceptionally recognized. So when the opportunity arrives, you may do as such and concede Mr. Cheeks to FSU. When you have acted like an analyst, it is your obligation to make duplicates of these materials, and report to the office. As usual, in the event that you succumb to Admissions the secretary will deny any information on your reality. This message will fall to pieces in seven seconds. 7654321 List of sources N/A Acknowledgment Essays

Blog Archive INSEAD Essay Analysis, 20192020

Blog Archive INSEAD Essay Analysis, 2019â€"2020 We noted no adjustments in INSEAD’s MBA application essay prompts this year. This season’s candidates must respond to four short career-focused queries and provide three motivation essays that together total 1,200 words.   Applicants are also tasked with completing a video component for which they answer four questions as four separate video recordings. Given the sheer number of prompts, tasks, and questions involved, some candidates may find INSEAD’s essay gauntlet a bit intimidating, if not outright punishing. Read on for our full analysis of the school’s prompts, which we hope will make the process a little easier to manage. Job Description 1: Briefly summarise your current (or most recent) job, including the nature of work, major responsibilities, and where relevant, employees under your supervision, size of budget, clients/products and results achieved. (short answer)   Job Description 2: What would be your next step in terms of position if you were to remain in the same company? (short answer)   Job Description 3: Please give a full description of your career since graduating from university. Describe your career path with the rationale behind your choices. (short answer)   Job Description 4: Discuss your short and long term career aspirations with an MBA from INSEAD. (short answer)   For the school’s job-related short-answer questions (essentially mini essays), we encourage you to start by very carefully parsing exactly what data the school requests for each. Together, these four prompts cover many of the elements seen in a traditional personal statement essay, including info about one’s career to date, interest in the school, and professional goals. However, the topics are clearly separated among individual submissions rather than covered in a cohesive single essay, and INSEAD also asks applicants to comment on their expected progression within their current firm were they to remain there rather than entering business school. The first prompt requires that you outline roughly six different aspects of your current or most recent position. Be sure that you address each of the elements the school lists, and do not skip any just because you would rather write more about some than others. You may also want to consider providing a very brief description of your company or industry, if the nature of either might not be readily clear to an admissions reader. For the second question, your response should be fairly straightforward. If your firm has a clearly defined management hierarchy in which one position leads directly to a higher oneâ€"and you would be interested in adhering to that systemâ€"you simply need to explain this and perhaps offer a short description of the new responsibilities your next position would entail. If your company does not have such an arrangement or you would want to move in a different direction, simply explain what your preferred next role would be and the duties involved.   The third prompt is rather self-explanatory with respect to detailing the various stages of your career to date, but do not be remiss in responding to the “rationale” and “choices” aspects of the query. The school wants to know that your progression has not been passive, with your simply accepting the next good thing to come along, but rather that you have made thoughtful decisions with clear motivations and intentions behind them. For the fourth question, you will need to present your professional goals within the context of an INSEAD MBA education. Do your research on the school to identify specific resources it offers that relate directly to the skills and experiences you need to be successful in your career, thereby illustrating how INSEAD would help you achieve your aims. Above all, be sure to show determination and directionâ€"that you are focused firmly on your intended end points and will not be easily deterred.   For all your job description responses, avoid using any acronyms or abbreviations that would not be easily recognizable to most people. Using shortcuts (in the form of abbreviations/acronyms) and skipping basic contextual information could make your answers less understandable and therefore less compelling and useful to an admissions reader, so do yourself a favor by depicting your situation as clearly as possible.   As we have noted, these questions cover many elements of a traditional personal statement, so we encourage you to download a free copy of our  mbaMission Personal Statement Guide. In this complimentary publication, we provide a detailed discussion of how to approach such queries and craft effective responses, along with multiple illustrative examples. Optional Job Essay: If you are currently not working or if you plan to leave your current employer more than 2 months before the programme starts, please explain your activities and occupations between leaving your job and the start of the programme.   With this essay, INSEAD hopes to see signs of your interest in ongoing self-improvement, knowledge or experience collection, and/or giving back. Whether you are choosing to leave your job a few months before the beginning of the MBA program or are asked to do so by your employer, simply explain what you expect do and gain in the interim. The admissions committee wants to know that you are the kind of person who takes advantage of opportunities and to understand what kinds of opportunities appeal to you. For example, perhaps you plan to complete a few quantitative courses to be better equipped to hit the ground running in your related MBA classes, or perhaps you want to spend some time with distant family members or volunteering in your community because you know that your availability to do so will be limited when you are in school, and you want to maintain those important connections. Maybe you want to travel to improve your language ability in a more immersive environment before co ming to INSEAD, given the importance of this skill in the school’s program. Or you might arrange informational interviews, job-shadowing opportunities, and/or unpaid internships, which could help in various ways with recruiting and job selection. Whatever your goals and plans, clearly convey how you anticipate that your experience(s) will add to or change your character, enhance your skill set, and/or increase your understanding of yourself or othersâ€"all of which are valuable in business school. Motivation Essay 1: Give a candid description of yourself (who are you as a person), stressing the personal characteristics you feel to be your strengths and weaknesses and the main factors which have influenced your personal development, giving examples when necessary (maximum 500 words).   Although INSEAD’s request for “main factors which have influenced your development” comes in the latter half of this essay prompt, we feel you should actually provide this context for your formative experiences before discussing the strengths and weaknesses you derived from them, because showing a clear cause-and-effect relationship between the two is important. The school asks that you offer examples “when necessary,” but your essay will be strongest if you present anecdotes to illustrate and support all your statements. Still, your essay should not end up being a hodgepodge of unconnected anecdotes that reveal strengths. Instead, focus on two or three strengths and one or two weaknesses in the mere 500 words allotted. As always, be honest about your strengths (do not try to tell the committee what you think it wants to hear; truthfully describe who you legitimately are) and especially about your weaknessesâ€"this is vital. Transparent or disingenuous statements will not fool or convince anyone and will only reveal you as someone incapable of critical self-evaluation. Motivation Essay 2: Describe the achievement of which you are most proud and explain why. In addition, describe a situation where you failed. How did these experiences impact your relationships with others? Comment on what you learned (maximum 400 words).   For this essay, you will need to offer two anecdotes that reveal different sides of you as an applicant, describing a high moment from your life and a low moment. Because the school also asks you to address how these incidents subsequently influenced your interactions with others and what lessons they taught you, you must identify stories that not only involve a significant incident but also affected you personally in a meaningful and long-lasting way. These elements of your essay are just as important as the accomplishment and the failure you choose to share; your unique thoughts can differentiate you from other applicants, and showing that you recognize how these incidents changed you and your relations with others demonstrates your self-awareness and capacity for growth. Steer clear of trite and clichéd statements about your takeaways, and really reflect on these situations to uncover your deeper reactions and impressions. For example, everyone gains some level of resiliency from a failure, so you must offer something less common and more compelling and personal. Be aware that the best failure essays are often those that show reasoned optimism and tremendous momentum toward a goalâ€"a goal that is ultimately derailed. In most cases, you will need to show that you were emotionally invested in your project/experience, which will enable the reader to connect with your story and vicariously experience your disappointment. If you were not invested at all, presenting the experience as a failure or learning experience will be less credible. Motivation Essay 3: Describe all types of extra-professional activities in which you have been or are still involved for a significant amount of time (clubs, sports, music, arts, politics, etc). How are you enriched by these activities? (maximum 300 words)   Although stereotypes about the top MBA programs aboundâ€"this school wants consultants, that school is for marketing professionals, this other one is for techies and entrepreneursâ€"the truth is that they all want a diverse incoming class, full of people with various strengths and experiences that they can share with one another for the good of all. Discussing how you choose to spend your free timeâ€"explaining why your chosen activities are important to you and what you derive from themâ€"provides the admissions committee with a window into your personality outside the workplace and classroom and an idea of what you could contribute to the student body and INSEAD as a whole. Optional Motivation Essay: Is there anything else that was not covered in your application that you would like to share with the Admissions Committee? (maximum 300 words) We tend to believe that the best use of the optional essay is to explain confusing or problematic issues in your candidacy, and this prompt offers an opportunity to do just that. So, if you need to, this is your chance to address any questions an admissions officer might have about your profileâ€"a poor grade or overall GPA, a low GMAT or GRE score, a gap in your work experience, etc. We suggest downloading your free copy of the mbaMission Optional Essays Guide, in which we offer detailed advice on deciding whether to take advantage of the optional essay and how best to do so (with multiple sample essays), if needed. INSEAD does not stipulate that you can only discuss a problem area in this essay, however, so you have some leeway to share anything you think may be pivotal or particularly compelling. We caution you against trying to fill this space simply because you fear that not doing so would somehow count against you. Remember, by submitting an additional essay, you are asking the admissions committee to do extra work on your behalf, so you need to make sure that time is warranted. If you are using the essay to emphasize something that if omitted would render your application incomplete, take this opportunity to write a very brief narrative that reveals this key new aspect of your candidacy. Video   After submitting your INSEAD application, you will need to complete a video interview.   You technically have until 48 hours after the deadline for the round in which you apply to complete this element of the process, but we strongly recommend doing so sooner rather than later while your mind is still in application mode and to ensure you do not somehow forget this task or have to rush through it at the end of the allotted time period. Because all INSEAD admissions interviews are conducted by the school’s alumni, this is a way for members of the admissions committee to virtually “meet” candidates and supplement the information provided in the written portions of the application. This video component gives the committee direct and dynamic insight into applicants’ character and personality, as well as another angle on their language abilities. About the videos, INSEAD says on its site, “The MBA Admissions Committee is interested in obtaining an authentic view of you as a person, to see how you think on your feet and how you convey your ideas.” So when the time comes for you to record your responses, do your best to relax, answer genuinely, and let your true self shine through! For a thorough exploration of INSEAD’s academic offerings, defining characteristics, crucial statistics, social life, community/environment, and other key facets of the program, please download your free copy of  mbaMission’s INSEAD Insider’s Guide. Recommendation Letters in Signed, Sealed Envelopes

Graduate and undergraduate schools alike often require that prospective students include recommendation letters with their applications. Going a step further, many graduate programs require that the envelope containing the letter be signed and sealed by the writer making the recommendation. While students often ask the people writing these letters to return the recommendations, each in a separate signed and sealed envelope, many also wonder if its too much to ask of their mentors. Is organizing all that paperwork unreasonable? The short answer is no. Signed, sealed envelopes are pretty much required in order to ensure that the contents of such letters remain private.   The Standard for Recommendation Letters For most academic institutions that require recommendation letters, its expected that students will not be privy to their contents. Traditionally, programs require that faculty submit recommendation letters independently of students or only pass them along to students in sealed, signed envelopes. The problem with asking a faculty member to send recommendations directly to an admissions office is the possibility of losing a letter. Should a student choose this route, they should definitely follow up with the admissions office to be sure that all expected letters have arrived. The second option is for faculty members to turn over their letters of recommendation directly to the student, however, as the letters are to be kept confidential, admissions committees require the envelopes be sealed by the faculty member who must then affix his or her signature over the seal (making it obvious if a student has attempted to open the envelope, either to read or alter its contents). Its Fine to Ask for Signed, Sealed Envelopes Many admissions officers often prefer that applications arrive complete, with faculty recommendations in the packet. Most faculty  members are aware of this longstanding official preferred process for applications and do not consider a request for a signed, sealed envelope an imposition. That said, a student can make it easier by preparing an envelope for each program he or she is applying to, and clipping the recommendation form along with any relevant material to the envelope. Electronic Submissions Recently, electronic applications have become increasingly common, which may soon render this whole process obsolete. Instead of the traditional sign, seal, deliver process, a student will complete his or her application online, and then simply send the person writing the recommendation letter an online submission link. Students are notified if and when letters are received and will be able to contact any faculty members whose letters have not been received as expected. Dont Forget to Say Thank You After everything is said and done, the recommendation letter and complete registration packet submitted, its important for students to take the time to thank the person who wrote his or her recommendation letters and helped him or her in the application process.  A thank-you note is generally sufficient, although a small, appropriate token gift—though not required—may nevertheless be appreciated.

The Story Of An Hour And Eveline Analysis - 1817 Words

Kate Choplin’s â€Å"The Story of an Hour† and James Joyce’s â€Å"Eveline† are two short stories that have an unpredicted storyline to it. Everyone doesn’t quite enjoy reading short stories in literature, but in the short story â€Å"The Story of an Hour† Kate Choplin makes a very subtle but strong statement towards women’s rights. In the short â€Å"Eveline† James Joyce is about living your life in a promise. Choplin uses different symbols within the story to represent freedom, the existence of self-assertive, and self-reliance. Within â€Å"Eveline† Joyce uses themes such as paralysis, epiphany, and stream of consciousness. Looking at the overview of irony, tone, personification, and setting in â€Å"The Story of an Hour† and â€Å"Eveline,† readers are able to see the†¦show more content†¦The other use of irony that is being used in â€Å"The Story of an Hour† is dramatic irony. Dramatic irony is commonly used to clue the audience in something that is happening that the characters in the story do not know about at the moment. This happens when Louise realizes that she has become free from her husband. While sitting in the room by her lonesome, she accomplished a disclosure that she was no longer bound to her husband Mr. Mallard. But no one else in the story such as her sister knew that she had realized that. Everyone in the story thought that Louise was sad and depressed and thought that was the reason to why she went to her room. That was the last thing that they would expect. In contrast, there is not much irony used in â€Å"Eveline† as in â€Å"The Story of an Hour†. In â€Å"Eveline† the irony comes into play when it is expected that Eveline will leave behind her responsibilities and family to start a new life and be with Frank, but instead she decides to stay back home. Eveline had a chance to leave with Frank and start a new life, but instead she decides to stay home with her father. Concept of Business Society and Planet

Question: Discuss about the Concept of Business Society and Planet. Answer: Introduction: In the era of 19th Century, the concept of business was only to earn revenue and maximizes the profit of the organization. But in twenty-first century, business is more than only earning profit. Nowadays, one of the most important aspects of business is the responsibility towards the society and the social values. Corporate social responsibilities help a business in different ways. It creates goodwill for the company, attracts more investors, helps to retain employees, etc. This report is based on two companies that are Apple and Huawei. Both the companies are well known in their industries for the business as well as for their social responsibilities and values. Apple first started its business in United State in the year of 1976 and it is spreading now around 20 countries in all over the world (Menzel, 2013). It is obvious that Apple'siPhone 6S is running well in the market, but according to an industry watchdog, the Chinese laborers who make it are toiling in poor working conditions. The report also alleged that workers lived in cramped dorms and the factory failed to provide adequate job safety training. Through financial and business news reports we have noticed that Pegatron has gone to produce more peripheral products o Apple. On the basis of our research, the main reason of Apple to concentrate more on Pegatron for its production is low cost by way of lower labor costs. The activity of Apple in China is extended beyond labor issues. The company has been pushed up its manufacturer and supply chain partners towards a small carbon footprint. The manufacturing giant Pegatron employees around 100,000 people own the factory cited in China Labor Watch report. The compliance rate was lower in this year at the Sanghai Pegatron factory and this is found by China Labor Watch. Actually, the way of calculation of Pegatron is in a more favorable light due to the calculation of additional expenses which is tried by them. Our report considers how the labor costs are lower and what this mean for workers. Differences between Apple and Huawei in terms of the issues dealt in t he social reports presented by the companies and profundity of the coverage on distinct issues: Apples report on corporate social responsibility (CSR) conducted by Lisa Jackson- the vice president of department of environmental initiatives is mainly released through the providing an in-depth report of environmental responsibility. On the other side, Huaweis CSR report comes under the corporate report that provides information regarding the companys financial performance, social responsibilities and winning contracts. Huawei in Australia works with a couple of local charities, universities and campaigns which works on to raise fund. Apples environmental initiative report on the other hand only states all of the CSR activities and initiatives governed and undertaken by the company (Kaplan Montiel, 2016) Although there is a major issue of low wage rate in China, the environmental report of Apple is good in the industry. According to the expert, apple is definitely a big international company but according to the watchdog of industry, the Chinese laborers cannot meet his requirement as they are in poor condition. Only 65 percent of the wages guidelines are followed by the Chinese factories. Apple also has a deal with the issue of child labor in China. Apple has three facilities by which it requires a review of all employment which has been recorded for the financial year to complete the hiring process analysis of underage people who is able to get employment in China (Pun Chan, 2013) On the other side, Huaweis report discloses companys programs like Tour de Cure, leadership program for the indigenous youth and building e-health training service across pacific islands under an estimated value of 50,000 Australian dollars. It is therefore indicative of the fact that the company felt the need to maintain their responsibilities in context of social health most importantly (Makinda, 2014). Apple is providing low wages service to their employees in China because the apple manufacturing process and another electronic company is much popular in China. In China, apple does not make iPads and iPhones for making much money with this because there is low wages productivity in the market. The activity of apple in china boosts more issue of labor. Figure: low wage rate system in China Source: https://www.businessinsider.in/china Apple and Huawei both the companies are affecting the industry as well as the country. In China, people are affected by the company because of low wage rate. Due to low wage rate, people of China cannot meet their daily requirements. These are providing services to the whole country and also to the industry. Chinese are not able to buy products due to wage rate system. People are met their requirement by the companies. Huawei is providing better products to the whole country. Apple also provides better products to the country but due to the low wage problem of China, it cannot provide best to the industry of China. Both the companies are affecting the industry and the country in a different way. Zadek Principles: Zadek has compared both the companies and found some quality principle of social accounting approach. Zadek describes some useful principle of both the companies consistently. As per social approach, the companies are providing better services to the people of the society. They are giving full satisfaction with their products and also make some marketing plan related to accounting approach. Both the companies are spreading over the worldwide and doing international marketing for the better utilization of resources. According to Zadek et.al 1997, both the companies met its criteria and going as a wide range in whole countries. All the principles are met the criteria of Zadek et.al1997 because they fulfill the requirement of the company other than low wage rate productivity. The companies have aims to reach their business to its goals and maximize the profit of the company. (Myers, 2013). According to Zadek et.al 1997, the two companies can be compared with each other because they are not wholly same in nature. If we evaluate the framework of the two companies, both the companies are scoring high within the country. The companies are high grosser in the industry. There is a little difference between the companies. Firstly, Apple is the largest technological company second largest mobile manufacturer in the world. On the other hand Huawei is the largest telecommunication manufacturer in the world. The annual worldwide revenue of the apple is around $233 billion for the ending of fiscal year September 2015. Whereas, Huawei earns an annual profit around $34.2 billion. So we can say that apple is more convenient company than Huawei. Companys social report (Mission value and business Principle): Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of apple is the program which releases the report of environmental responsibility and also includes the details of CSR programming. There are 18 factories and 280,000 workers are offered free courses by the apple education and development program. The environmental responsibility report 2015 of apple covers the fiscal year 2014. It highlighted the progress which we have made. There are three priorities which are set up by us where we have belief that the most impact can be made by apple; (Ferrell Fraedrich, 2015). At first, it reduces the impact by using several energy sources of the climate change and has driven the efficiency of energy in our products. Second is the resource of precious conservation. The last one is experimental use of greener material in our process and product. The current mission statement of the company is apple designs Macs which is the best computer use for personal use in the world. In the online stores of apple, there are various kinds of apple products are available like iPods and iTunes. It has its personal apple store in the Smartphone of apple and iPhone. In todays era, the company is growing its business day-to-day because today is the era of competition and the market become more competitive. It has some business principles in the market. The basic principle is simple and equals effectiveness of products. In earlier, the feature of apple was not so developed, but in modern day it has so many principles for future preference. In earlier the computer of apple wer e as a monitor but in modern day it changes to an LCD model of computer and their sizes are also different (Montgomerie Roscoe, 2013). On the other hand, the Huawei focuses on their business to get improvement in the market. They want to attract the people of the society with their products. They want more improvement in their services to provide better facility to the people. Previously the company was not so genuine because in that day there was a lack of techniques and tools but in modern day the company has grown up well and giving full satisfaction to the people of the society. The company has mission to develop their business in the market because nowadays market becomes very competitive. Company is using so many different tools and techniques to make their mission succeed Huawei is the green site solution company of India which encompasses an initial variety that axis from (I) measurement of innovation, (II) supply chain (Zhang Vialle, 2014). Reflection and Conclusion: From the above discussion about the social reporting of the two companies that is Apple and Huawei, I have learnt that the growth of both the companies are reflecting the market strategy and also reflecting the people of the society. Although there is an issue of underage wages, people buy the companys product in more quantity according to their choices. Although Apple considers as growing international companies, there is an issue of low wage rate in China. They are trying to solve the problem of low wage rate and it can be grow up in future. I learned that the company is also reflecting the society and it fulfills the all needs of the people. In future, it might be very successful more than today and the low wage problem will also be reduced. According to the theory of sustainability, Apple is more convenient than Huawei because it has more earning during the year. Both the companies give more concentration to the needs of the societys people. The Chinese government is trying to solve the problem of low productivity of wage rate. If this wage rate problem reduces in China, the industry will much grow up and people can meet their all needs in the society. While discussing the report I have seen that their performances are different in all the countries. Zadek has compared both the companies in a different ways. From the above discussion, I have learnt that both the companies are widely reflecting the society and the industry as well in different ways. Apple gives more reflection to the China because of low wage rate but it also faces problem by this issue. According to my opinion, the low wage rate will reduce if the government works on this and it shall be grown up in future.
